GESTALT Workbench registration |
Many web-based resources allow you to work anonymously, just paste
your sequence and wait to get the results. This model is too fragile for
the type of activities usually done with GESTALT. You want your sequence,
the analyses and the resulting graphics to be somewhat more permanent,
to be reviewed again later on. Hence the need for working with userids
and authentication (you probably don't want your work to get mixed with
that of other users, or to be publically visible, or publically modifiable).
