NSF COA generator
|
This tool aims to save you time when filling a COA form for NSF submissions.
Short URL: https://bit.ly/NSF_COA
|
|
| Overview | - Use this form to collect names and affiliations of co-authors on articles published in the last 48 months, for populating Table 4 in NSF's "Collaborators and Other Affiliations" (COA) template.
- The COA must be provided separately for each individual identified as senior project personnel.
- Please remember: this tool will produce only data from relevant PubMed entries. You need to separately identify any other publications not in PubMed, and list collaborators on projects. Ultimately, the responsibility for producing a proper and complete COA is entirely yours! This tool is only meant to save you time with the initial data collection. Please see the disclaimer below!
|
| Inputs | - Name(s): Add each name you have published under, e.g., a former name.
,
- ORCID(s): Optional: papers with your ORCID in PubMed, and papers listed on your public ORCID record, are included too. Without names above, the names on your ORCID record are used.
- Institution(s): Optional, for common names: words from your institution's name (separate institutions with commas). Papers by your names are searched only among those with these words in an author's affiliation. Papers with your ORCID are not affected.
- PMIDs to ignore: Optional: list any publication PMIDs that come up erroneously when searching for your name. They will be listed unchecked.
- PMIDs to include: Alternative: list publication PMIDs that you want to include. The names, if given, are then used only to find you among the authors.
- Period end date: Defaults to the current date. Period start date is months earlier.
- Consortium authors:include ...if you participated in a consortium, expect many more co-authors with scanty details for each!
